How it bills

1 credit = 1 minute of voice or video (rounded up per clip, max 15 minutes). Photos and typed notes are free. Generate Report is free once the minutes are paid.
Seats are logins, not minutes. Extra Pro users are R199 / $12 each. Scale extras are R159 / $10, billed with the plan. Starter is one user — a second person is Pro.
Job-report QR is on every plan: the client scans the card and sees photos and the PDF. Equipment QR page is a sticker on the asset that opens your identity and contact details — on trial and every plan. Customer enquiry from that page (ticket, voice, photos) is on the trial, Pro, and Scale. The logged-in customer portal on {slug}.cubedscribe.com is Scale and Enterprise.
Purchased top-ups roll over 12 months. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Zero balance stops new transcriptions, not the rest of the app.
