Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to Cubed Scribe, a field-service documentation product operated by ADD Designs (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Cubed Scribe lets your team capture voice, photos and notes, generate AI-assisted job reports, and share them with customers. Features available depend on your plan or active free trial.

2. Free trial

New workspaces may receive a time-limited Pro trial (currently 14 days) with included credits. The trial ends when the calendar period ends or credits are exhausted, whichever comes first. After the trial you may buy credits (Pay As You Go) or subscribe to a paid plan. We may change trial length or allowances with notice on the pricing page.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate company and contact details, keep credentials secure, and ensure users on your workspace follow these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform beyond permitted API use, and no uploading of data you do not have rights to process.

5. Content and AI

You retain ownership of your job content. You grant us a licence to process it to provide the service (transcription, correction, report generation, storage). AI outputs may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing reports before sharing them with customers.

6. Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are charged as described at checkout / pricing. Fees are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Unused purchased credits may expire per the pricing terms shown in-app.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid balances, abuse, or material breach of these Terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on AI-generated reports. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
